Welcome to C2C Ecommerce Sourcing Platform. Terms and conditions stated below applies to all visitors and users of C2C. You're bound by these terms and conditions as long as you're on c2c.my.

 

General

The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that Wewa-Technology has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Wewa-Technology will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

 

Payment

  1. Every payment made must include a payment slip as prove of payment.

    1. Instant transfer – order will be processed on the same working days

    2. Interbank GIRO – order will be processed after payment received (24 hours later. Up to 3 days if fall on weekend)

  2. c2c.my reserve the rights to make the final decision on the price even after order placed by customer. c2c.my will not process the order until its payment has been fully cleared.

  3. c2c.my will request customer to top up if payment is insufficient, or convert extra payment into cash coupon code for the next purchase. Extra payment will not be refundable.

  4. New order will not be processed if there is outstanding payment previously.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  1. In general, during working days, cut off time is 10:00AM. Some products may have different cut off time. Please check with c2c.my admin for more info.

  2. Order placed before 10:00AM will be sent out on the same day and estimated to reach customer in

    1. 1-3 working days (West Malaysia)

    2. 2-5 working days (Sabah/Sarawak)

    3. 3-7 working days for rural area

  3. Delivery might take longer than estimated lead time due to festive season, courier issue, stock checking, vendor issue, public holiday, system error, or any other circumstances.

  4. c2c.my will not responsible for product lost during transit. However, we will assist customer to investigate the issue.

  5. c2c.my will not responsible for packaging damage during transit. However, we will assist customer to investigate the issue.

  6. Customer needs to make sure the shipping details (name, contact, address) are correct to avoid shipping failure. If delivery failure due to incorrect shipping details provided, customer needs to bear the shipping cost for second delivery.

Pricing

  1. Products price can be changed from time to time. c2c.my reserve the rights to make price changes without prior notice to customer.

 

Products Warranty

  1. All products warranty is subject to the warranty policy of the individual vendor.

  2. Customer needs to bear the shipping fees for returning the item to respective vendor (returning shipping fees is not refundable); while c2c.my will cover the shipping fees to send the warranty item back to the customer.

 

Return & Replacement

  1. Return is applicable for DOA (Dead on Arrival) situation. Definition of Dead On Arrival (DOA) - At the moment of receiving the item, it was defective to the point of not being usable.

    1. Customer needs to contact c2c.my within 7 working days (count from the delivered date base on courier tracking system) upon receiving of product. If DOA reported after 7 days, standard warranty shall apply.

  2. Customer needs to bear the shipping fees for returning the item to respective vendor (returning shipping fees is not refundable); while c2c.my will cover the shipping fees to send the warranty item back to the customer.

  3. c2c.my will assist customer for the return process.

  4. The return product must be complying below condition to entitle the return and replacement

    1. Include original receipt

    2. Include original manufacturer’s packaging

    3. Include all free gift or/and promotional gift that comes along the original order.

    4. The product is deemed DOA by respective vendor or else it will be treated as misrepresent by customer and all expenses (include shipping or any other expenses) will bear by customer.

  5. c2c.my do not accept return and replacement other than DOA situation.

 

Out-of-stock

After order placed and payment made, in case any stock is out-of-stock and the stock is still available for replenish, c2c.my will provide options below

  1. Back order: replenish the stock and fulfil delivery a.s.a.p, ETA to be provided upon confirmation with supplier. If the ETA is unknown customer may opt for replacement or refund.

  2. Replacement: product can be any quantity or amount. c2c.my will require customer to top up if the replacement order is higher value, or convert the balance to cash coupon code for the next purchase.

  3. Refund: c2c.my will refund to customer account within 15 working days after the confirmation (terms and condition apply: refund might be delayed due to any circumstances).

 

Site Contents & Copyrights

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Wewa-Technology.

Comments and Feedbacks
All comments and feedbacks to c2c.my will remain Wewa-Technology's property.

User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the c2c.my will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be a content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. The user will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.

Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

Newsletter
User shall agree that C2C may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wewa-Technology harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Link to other sites
Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. c2c.my will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on c2c.my that contains a typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. 

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or c2c.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, c2c.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
